WE ARE SEEKING A HEALTH CARE RECRUITER / COMMUNITY LIAISON TO JOIN OUR TEAM! YOU WILL PERFORM ACTIVITIES IN HUMAN RESOURCES FROM RECRUITING NEW HIRES TO RETAINING EXISTING HIRES.

Edna's Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter / Community Liaison. This position will represent Edna's Care and help bring in additional business for the company. The Healthcare Recruiter / Community Liaison's role will include working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry. They will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources. They will also need to attend events in the community increasing community awareness of Edna's Cares mission and values. In this role you will also be a point of contact for caregivers and consumers, and as a result will become an expert in case and crisis management, sales, and communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build a network of prospective referral sources and partnerships for Edna's Care.
• Perform prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on Edna's Cares services
• Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships for Edna's Care.
• Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for Edna's Care
• Prepare presentations using Edna's Cares marketing materials
• Represent Edna's Care at industry and identify new opportunities for Edna's Care
• Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that Edna's Care offers
• Field referral calls and discuss opportunities that are brought to Edna's Care

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 1+ years Sales and/or Marketing experience
• Intuitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution oriented, driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement
• Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
• Professionalism when working with remote families and Caregivers in a structured environment
• Process-oriented, results-driven, and able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software (HHAExchange)
• Senior Care Industry experience is definitely a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma Preferred

Compensation

• The Health Care Recruiter / Community Liaison will start with a competitive base salary
