As Principal, you are the "Commander in Chief" of your school team, leading, advisoring and mentoring others to meet your school's academic and strategic goals. You'll ensure that our caring and accountable culture system is effectively utilized to support student behavior. You'll support our APs in teacher development, supporting grade level and department leads, and ensuring academic equity for special education and ELL learners. You'll lead the student recruitment process, ensuring adequate student enrollment and low student attrition from year to year. You will oversee, direct, and organize the work of the Operations Team, as well as maintain and adhere to the network's fiscal policies and school budget. With the help of the Ednovate Support Team, you will also manage the interim assessment system on your campus, recruit a super team of teachers, and manage your school's charter petition with the Los Angeles Unified School District.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of school leadership experience with a strong record of improving student outcomes
• A BA or BS Degree
• A California Single Subject Teaching Credential or Out of State Teaching Credential - or the appetite to work toward one!
