    Job Description

    Educate-WI provides educator certification programs for prospective and practicing teachers and administrators in the areas of special education, general education and educational administration. Our mission is to positively impact youth by providing innovative, relevant, and practical licensure programs that successfully prepare and empower future teachers and administrators.

We work with hundreds of people who want to become teachers and administrators each year with the purpose of changing lives! This is a small but quickly growing business. The candidate selected will play a key part in the success of our business by helping expand our programs. In addition, this person will help coordinate projects inside the business, with administrative support as needed.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred 
    • Previous office experience preferred 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, database collaboration, etc.)
    • Experience delivering high quality customer care.

    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

    ● Have enough office experience that you don’t have to wonder if you have enough experience to apply.

    ● Ability to execute a Program Administrator role – If juggling multiple projects is stressful for you, please don’t apply.

    ● A technical ninja who can balance production with precision.

    ● Is able to take ownership for all aspects of your role.

    ● Embraces change.

    ● Gets stuff DONE!

    ● Sets a goal then takes action to conquer it!

    ● Multi-tasks so well that plate spinners look on with awe!

    ● Extremely organized and detail oriented.

    ● Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done.

    ● Is always learning, growing, and being stretched.

    ● Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves.

    ● Exceptional customer care comes second nature.

    ● Can get around with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    ● Is able to learn to navigate an intuitive, customized student account platform.

    ● Is a naturally gifted communicator

    ● Works hard but likes to have F.U.N while getting things done!
