Education Coach – Early Childhood Education Primrose School of Exeter

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and supportive Education Coach to join our leadership team. This is a fast-paced and deeply rewarding role focused on coaching teachers, strengthening classroom quality, and ensuring successful implementation of our curriculum.

What You’ll Do:
Support the hiring and onboarding of new teaching staff
Partner with leadership to implement and track training plans
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching and feedback
Ensure consistent implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
Foster a positive, growth-focused culture among staff
Ensure classroom schedules and expectations are followed
Key Responsibilities:
Complete and track ASQs (developmental screenings)
Conduct and document teacher observations
Lead curriculum meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
Provide curriculum planning time and support for teachers
Track systems such as Happy Grams and name-to-face recognition
Manage and organize the resource/supply room
Maintain classroom supply inventory and manage ordering
Ensure onboarding and required trainings are completed
Lead curriculum portions of PD days and staff meetings
Ensure curriculum is displayed outside classrooms
Distribute observation tools and unit materials
Develop organizational systems for Experience and Peanut Cards
Print and distribute teacher resources and templates
Track and catalog books and classroom materials
Support access to TRM and Units of Learning
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
Meets state licensing and training requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coaching skills
Solution-oriented mindset with a positive, team-focused approach
