Salary: $41,000–$46,000 annually (based on experience & qualifications) Schedule: Full-time | Shift times vary between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire teachers using the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach

Mentor and coach staff through observations, feedback, and training

Collaborate with the Leadership Team to strengthen teaching practices

Support classrooms as needed, building strong connections with children and staff

Ensure training and development plans help teachers grow and succeed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program

Background in Early Childhood Education

Meets state licensing and Primrose training requirements

Ability to pass all background checks

Physically able to lift children and occasionally up to 35 lbs

Active, hands-on educator who inspires others
