The Goddard School of Dublin is seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Education Coordinator / Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our nationally accredited early childhood program. This leadership role partners with the Administrative Team to ensure exceptional educational programming, strong family relationships, effective staff support, and a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
Educational Leadership & Classroom Support
Support the implementation of curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices in all classrooms
Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching and support to teachers
Review lesson plans and ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children
Operations & Administration
Assist with daily school operations, staffing, scheduling, and classroom coverage
Support licensing compliance, student records, and administrative documentation
Communicate professionally with families regarding enrollment, policies, and student needs
Coordinate staff meetings, training programs, and school events
Manage supplies and other operational needs as required
Enrollment & Family Engagement
Conduct tours for prospective families and support enrollment growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective families
Assist with student onboarding and classroom transition processes
Deliver a welcoming, customer-focused experience for all families
Qualifications
Experience in early childhood education required
Leadership or management experience preferred
Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Proficiency with technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
