    As a NorthRidge employee, you would be responsible in helping us live our organizational mission of supporting the people in our communities; encouraging their learning and understanding of their unique financial situations and providing tools for our members to reach their dreams.     In addition, this position is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the growth and performance of Credit Union employees, volunteers, members and our greater community.

    What You’ll Do

    Assists with developing, managing, and maintaining the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user management, and reporting for all employees, volunteers, members, and our greater community

    Evaluate and assist in designing training manuals and related materials, training classes, and training procedures.

    Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including individual coaching, group instruction, demonstrations, and workshops.

    Assist with creating career roadmaps to help employees understand their growth.

    Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, knowledge checks, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and business needs.

    Collaborate with department leaders to identify training gaps and align training initiatives with strategic goals.

    Stay current with best practices in instructional design, adult learning, and credit union industry trends.

    Remains in compliance with regulations and follows all BSA policy and procedures including the completion of annual BSA training. Remain in compliance with credit union and accounting regulations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    3 to 5 Years in Education or 5 or more years in an adult training environment.

    (1) A bachelor's degree in education or related field, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)

    High-level interpersonal communication skills including conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.

    Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality

    Advanced knowledge of computer systems and business equipment

    Travel between branches is required.

    Must be able to work in a stationary position for 95% of the workday. Moving, lifting and/or carrying 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
