About the Role:

Join Solid Foundation Academy as our Education Director, where you will lead innovative educational programs that inspire young minds. We are looking for a passionate leader who can shape our curriculum and foster a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with our mission and vision.

Oversee curriculum design and ensure it meets state and national standards.

Manage and mentor teaching staff to enhance instructional practices.

Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to promote student success.

Analyze student performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate professional development opportunities for faculty.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Foster a positive school culture that promotes inclusivity and engagement.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Education or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership.

Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.

Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.

Valid Pennsylvania educational leadership certification.

Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
