Are you a passionate early childhood leader who loves mentoring teachers and creating engaging classrooms? The Goddard School is looking for an Education Director / Classroom Support team member to help lead our high-quality early learning program.

In this role, you’ll coach and inspire teachers, support curriculum excellence, and step into classrooms when needed to ensure consistency and quality. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Support and elevate classroom instruction using Goddard’s curriculum

Coach, mentor, and develop teaching staff

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback

Ensure licensing and quality standards are consistently met

Provide hands-on classroom support when needed

Partner with families to support student success

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

3+ years of preschool teaching experience

Leadership or coaching experience preferred

Strong knowledge of child development and licensing regulations

Positive, team-oriented mindset
