Education Manager (Early Childhood) Alexandria – Old Town, VA | Full-Time | Salaried

The Goddard School® of Alexandria – Old Town is seeking an experienced Education Manager to provide instructional leadership and staff accountability across all classrooms.

This role is responsible for implementing Goddard’s Wonder of Learning® curriculum, managing and coaching teachers, ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, and delivering consistently high-quality educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead curriculum implementation and classroom quality

Observe, coach, evaluate, and hold teachers accountable

Oversee lesson planning, assessments, and student portfolios

Ensure 100% compliance with licensing, health & safety, and Goddard QA standards

Lead professional development and staff training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

3+ years teaching experience; leadership experience preferred

Strong instructional coaching and people-management skills
