Seeking licensed life insurance professionals or those with an interest in working in the Education Retirement Field. The job requires associates to work from home and meet with educators and teachers from 8am-3pm and some weeknights and weekends by request. The primary role of an education specialist is to provide education on how educators’ pension plan works. Secondly, the education specialist must be knowledgeable in annuities and insurance products in order to provide the educators financial products to supplement their pension.

Must have the heart to passionately educate and help people understand clients’ pension. Must be trustworthy, coachable, knowledgeable and result-oriented. We want people who driven and hungry to accomplish big goals.

Currently looking individuals experienced in the financial industry (preferably 3+ yrs), who are willing to be trained in a work from home environment (Zoom meetings), without cold calling or buying leads, without recruiting agents to make money.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Potential earning of $24,000 – 84,000 per year Part-Time / $38,000 - 120,000 per year Full-Time. Commission Based.

• Non-Captive agent. Can be appointed with multiple A-rated insurance carriers in 48 states.

• Niche market helping educators with their retirement needs with annuities and life insurance.

• Must pass the internal certification and training program prior to being assigned a school district. Training is done through an online university and live Zoom classes.

• You do NOT buy leads. Specialists are assigned a specific territory or school district. The marketing department runs the communication. Specialists just need to set appointments with all incoming leads. No cold calling or door knocking.

• Work from Home, Work Virtual, Work remotely.

• No sales quotas or recruiting required.

• Develop relationships with educators and find opportunities to provide other insurance services including but not limited to life insurance, college funds, setting up wills and trust, 401k rollovers, ROTH IRAs.

• Must be life licensed.

• Due to state regulations, you cannot have any felonies.

• Required: Laptop w/ a good camera, smart phone, stable internet connection, and access to a quiet, well lit area with a good professional background at home.

SKILLS:

• Developing and managing the client relationships including school administrators

• Manage relationships with leaders and team coordinators

• Manage communication between the client and internal teams to support existing processes

• Maintain good Customer Service relationships (both external and internal customers) by responding promptly and courteously to client needs and expectations

• Use clear and appropriate language in all communications

• Must have or able to develop great time management skills

• Must be quick to adapt to technology such at Zoom, G-Suite and CRM Software
