As a Participant Services Representative, you will help Fidelity customers maximize their plan benefits. You will communicate with customers, resolve their questions, process their requests, and provide information about financial products and services - all with a goal of helping customers fulfill their plans for retirement.

Your primary responsibilities: *Provide outstanding customer service to inbound customers in a meaningful way. *Seek opportunities to educate customers to take ownership of their needs and maximize their retirement benefits. *Reference online resources effectively while speaking with customers. *Adhere to quality procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. *Capture customer feedback to help identify improvement opportunities.
