    Education at Work has partnered with Fidelity Investments to bring part-time positions to rock star college students (who are pursuing any Bachelor's degree). Education at Work is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping college students graduate with little to no debt by providing part-time positions at Fidelity's Covington, Kentucky location (and at NKU for Norse students).

    You will help Fidelity customers maximize their plan benefits. You will communicate with customers, resolve their questions, process their requests, and provide information about financial products and services - all with a goal of helping customers fulfill their plans for retirement.
