    The Goddard School located in Wayne, PA is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Educational Administrative assistant position at our School! The Educational Administrative Assistant will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the classroom teachers, Director and assistant director in managing staff as needed, modeling compliance with Quality Assurance and licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support: Assist in managing all supply orders, helping the administrative team as needed

    Staff Management: Help cover ratio as needed (classroom coverage), supporting teachers

    Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families

    Health and Safety: Model all appropriate procedures and policies

    This position does require the candidate to close the school at least 3-4 times a week

    Qualifications:

    Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field

    At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education

    Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management

    Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

    A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education

    Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
