We are seeking a full time educational recruiter to support our growing educational staffing firm in the Northeast U.S. Our firm supports charter and public schools supplying personal care assistants/1:1s, teacher assistants, teachers and therapists for schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of effectiveness as an individual contributor in a staffing firm as a recruiter to build a pipeline of candidates available for placement for all client K-12 schools.
