    Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of omnichannel marketing plans, with a heavy focus on digital and mobile channels. This role will support member acquisition and retention activities of 4 product lines across MA and NH. Role requires a multi-faceted digital marketing that can oversee our digital vendor, manage our online advertising campaigns, SEO strategy, website UX, social media, and web content creation. This role is responsible for adopting a test-and-learn strategy across key channels and reporting/interpreting results to key stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Manager will build and maintain productive working relationships across all BMC HealthNet Plan and Well Sense Health Plan departments and with external customers and take on other responsibilities as needed.

     

    KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for helping develop and administer annual marketing and digital communications plans.
    • Manages BMC HealthNet Plan’s digital presence-- Including website, social media, online advertising, texting, automated calls, and email communications—in conjunction with the Marketing team.
    • Optimizes PPC and SEO accounts across our three business lines, with the support of our digital agency.
    • Updates/reports monthly dashboard insights and testing plans to key stakeholders.
    • Serves as liaison with our web development vendor and drives development of new websites or features as needed.
    • Develops business justifications for member and provider portal enhancements/UX improvements, and helps drive those enhancements to completion. Develops communication plans that drive increased portal adoption.
    • Works collaboratively with members of the Marketing team to integrate market research intelligence across digital and mobile properties.
    • Works with internal business analytics group to gather market and membership trends and applies that information to develop data-driven strategies for membership growth.
    • Researches and implements new channels or activities that would support our member acquisition and retention efforts.
    • Develops web-based content and works with our design team to source imagery and graphics for the websites.
    • Oversees portals used to manage omnichannel outreach efforts, such as our texting portal, automated call portal, and orientation material portal.
    • Assures compliance of all BMCHP marketing activities with state and federal regulatory requirements; Ensures legal review of advertising and promotional activities.
    • Ensures corporate identity and brand standards are maintained.
    • Supports Quality and Care Management initiatives in achieving programs designed to improve the overall health of our member populations.
    • Performs other duties as required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 7 or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Digital Ad Platforms, SEO, Email marketing, and Content Management Systems.
    • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
    • Experience working with market research and membership data.

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

    • Ability to work after hours during peak periods.
    • Ability to carry light boxes (30 lbs.).
    • Participation in marketing events on weekends, two to three times a year.

    • Supervises the coordination and deployment of contract security and fare enforcement personnel, and provides guidance to accomplish the objectives of Metro’s comprehensive security program.
    • Develops and manages deployment programs in response to emergent trends in ridership, major events, crime, or nuisance behavior.
    • Supports Metro’s Public Safety Program by ensuring that Metro’s contract security resource deployment programs maintain a comprehensive security presence across the Metro transit system.
    • Coordinates and manages the scope of work and budget for Metro’s contract security program, incorporating input from Metro Public Safety leadership and team members.
    • Monitors resource use and allocation to ensure that security contract(s) are operating cost effectively.
    • Works with contract management staff to coordinate and oversees contract security schedules, including personnel utilization, attendance, overtime, etc.
    • Establishes work standards and performance controls, monitors performance and takes appropriate action to correct performance.
    • Monitors and responds to customer contacts related to contract security.
    • Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, rules, regulations and laws.
    • Conducts investigations related to contract security personnel.
    • Produces reports and other written materials documenting trends in public safety including patrols, violations and citations, customer contacts, etc.
