Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding and training of new team members across warehouse and administrative departments

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and visual aids

Observe daily workflows and help identify gaps or inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvements

Facilitate communication across teams (warehouse, admin, and leadership) to align goals and improve execution

Use tools like Asana, Business Central, or similar platforms to help track task completion and performance

Act as a coach and resource for team leads to develop their leadership and communication skills

Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and troubleshooting as needed

Who You Are:

You have experience in education, training, teaching, or instructional coaching

You are organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others succeed

You know how to manage multiple priorities and maintain calm in a dynamic environment

You are confident in giving feedback and fostering a positive learning culture

Bonus if you have experience in operations, logistics, or production (but not required—we’ll train you!)
