EDWARD DAVIS'S ALLSTATE INSURANCE AGENCY is currently hiring experienced Insurance Agents. Looking for new, highly-motivated team members.

Prior insurance or inside sales experience with property casualty license desired but will gladly train.  Professional advancement opportunities with an industry leader creates a strong foundation to sell and build relationships.

We offer a competitive compensation structure. 45-60k salary plus commission & bonus.

Insurance license is desired but not needed, meet monthly sales goals, build strong community and business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Close the deal!
• Establish business via networking, and other sources
• Network with small business
• Meet new business production goals and objectives
• Establish and retain clientele
• Develop insurance quotes & close the sale

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior inside sales experience
• Spanish speaking highly desired
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Shows respect & courtesy to others
• Establish networks from multiple sources
• Ability to close the sale
• Ability to create business relationships
