Our client is looking for a new team member who has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IOM and confident in monitoring multi modalities such. Must have a strong understanding of surgical spine procedures and the effects of anesthesia on neuromonitoring as well as intraoperative warning criteria. Experience monitoring other neurosurgical procedures and a holds a r.EEGt is beneficial. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to logically troubleshoot monitoring equipment, networking issues and physiologic and non-physiologic artifacts. Our clients ideal team member will have a clinically scientific mind, a positive attitude and a caring touch. Will meet patients and family in pre-op walk them through the process and answer questions in a way that they understand. Must be comfortable receiving and giving critical feedback about workflow, processes, and will always look for ways to improve patient care and our services.
Requirements: CNIM, 2 years minimum IOM experience, BLS, valid driver’s license
Preferred: CNIM B.S 2+ years IOM experience
