    We are a local glass company looking for a Rockstar!

     

    Essential Activities:

    • Implementation of new CRM and encouraging the team to adapt to the new technology
    • Develop and implement reporting and training tools to maximize effectiveness
    • Support cross-functional business initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, drive speed and efficiency as well as process improvement across the organization
    • Consistently represent the "Voice of the Field" during cross-functional corporate activities by leveraging insights and strong partnerships developed with the owner
    • Ability to lead others to implement strategies and processes that will accomplish business results
    • Be an agent of change by demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to change processes
    • Drive consistency around best practices and daily operation across the country
    • Develop regional action plans that will optimize store profits, create long-term growth and
    • Liaison between the field organization and the corporate office
    • Gatekeeper for all communications and initiatives
    • Continuously manage the operations process and look for procedure improvements
    • Work cross functionally to develop and review all store-oriented policies and procedures
    • Represent a catalyst for change in the field; manage and execute new initiatives regularly in a positive, constructive manner to ensure rapid acceptance of new ways of doing business

    Requirements:

    • Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to think broadly when evaluating financial and business indicators and translating data into actionable information to drive improved results.
    • Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Ability to build positive and productive relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
    • Presentation Skills: Effective in a variety of presentation settings including one-on-one, small and large groups.
    • Influencing and Negotiation: Ability to influence at all levels, as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies. Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action.
    • Planning and Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed expectations.
    • Results Driven: Takes initiative and is highly motivated to initiate change and manage such efforts out to the field and within the Field Support Operations
    • Ability to use various analytical tools and skill sets to create and maintain analysis to understand how the business is performing. Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data is critical.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 5years of related professional experience
    • Bachelor's degree MBA a plus
    • Ability to travel as necessary
    • Demonstrated ability to drive significant, positive impact across a large-scale operating company
    • Ability and track record of growing a business
