The Surgical Technologist will be working directly with the surgical team. The CST will be responsible for preparing the surgical suite according to age specific, medical condition and surgeon preference. The candidate will also perform appropriate sponge, sharp and instrument counts according to hospital policies and procedures. It will be required for the candidate to cross train to a variety of specialties such as Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gyn, Plastics/Cosmetics, ENT, GI, etc. The candidate will demonstrate competency to aseptic surgical equipment annually.

Active CST or CSFA Certification and BLS Required.
