As an estimator, you play a critical role in our growing organization by preparing accurate estimates for projects, by gathering information, and analyzing important metrics.  Your job purpose is to provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions. You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons.  The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.  In addition, your job description includes mentoring and training other employees as necessary, assisting in pricing estimates, procuring tools and equipment necessary for the project, communicating effectively with upper management and staff. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
