An exciting part-time opportunity is available at the Center for NeuroPotential in Branford, CT, for a dynamic EEG Neurofeedback Technician. The ideal candidate has strong technological skills, a passion for learning, a proven history of developing and implementing organizational systems, exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to engage with individuals undergoing mental health treatment. Previous experience in neurofeedback is not necessary as training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have leadership experience. Requirements: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • Training in neurofeedback administration is provided under the supervision of a clinical mental health expert Our diverse clientele consists of adults and children with various psychological and medical conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Insomnia, Learning Disorders, PTSD, and Brain Injury, as well as those interested in "peak performance" neurofeedback training. Responsibilities: • Oversee neurofeedback services • Conduct neurofeedback sessions by placing EEG caps on clients, setting up software programs, ensuring accuracy, monitoring for technical issues, and removing caps after sessions • Sanitize EEG caps and neurofeedback rooms in between patient appointments • Engage with individuals with behavioral health concerns in a professional manner • Complete documentation in the electronic health record system • Create and implement effective organizational systems • Upload QEEG data to a shared folder for analysis • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher • Experience in a leadership role • Comfortable and highly skilled in technology • Strong attention to detail • Skilled at developing and implementing organizational systems • Professional and friendly demeanor • Able to work collaboratively with other technicians, administrative staff, and clinicians • Responsible and reliable • Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time position) Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
