    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    The Manager/Director, Business Development will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and the VP of Sales to oversee the growth of profitable new business within the United States, and to develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with clients. The Manager/Director, Business Development will be responsible for executing a strategic approach to new client sales and initiating, developing, and closing those sales. Report to the VP of Sales, The Manager/Director of Business Development with lead a team of Business Development Representative to meet monthly, quarterly and year sales goals.

    WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE:

    The Business Development Representative Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

    • Understand goals and implement systematic steps toward motivating and teaching others how to operate at full potential and achieve results
    • Onboard and train all BDR new hires
    • Effectively communicate with people of all skill levels
    • Successfully diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
    • Analyze performance and implement personal and group success plans
    • Maintain complete BDR and call center compliance satisfactory to that of Company
    • Assertively manage the disciplinary process compliant with HR and Company protocol
    • Objectively and efficiently manage BDR to AGENT progression process
    • Act as a liaison while facilitating the licensing process
    • Oversee management of the timecard process
    • Ability to organize and maintain various administrative tasks, including, but not limited to payroll, bonuses, attendance, performance spreadsheets, e-learning, written and verbal correspondence, written and verbal warnings, and team initiatives

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Excellent written and verbal correspondence
    • Strong ability to engage and motivate teams
    • Strong knowledge of the BDR role, responsibilities, and duties
    • Results driven personality focusing on creative solutions and organization
    • Possess a strong leadership presence and promote an overall positive environment
    • Management experience preferred
    • Proven track record of success in the on-boarding process and training of new hires.
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
    • 1+ years of management experience in B2B SaaS Sales
    • Proven track record establishing, achieving or exceeding measurable goals
    • Experience building/managing an inside BDR team as well as an outsourced team
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales methodologies, with excellent closing and negotiating skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate and influence others
    • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
    • Experience using CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.)
    • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility- you're willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic
    • Can perform day-to-day work with minimal supervision, and new and/or complex assignments with minimal direction; self-directed and resourceful
    • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, data-driven, metrics-oriented environment
    • Experience in the Title industry preferred but not require
