Position: Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide Shift Schedule: 9 am-5pm, Weekdays , 32 hours a week

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.

Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff.

Support residents in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.

Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a facility ir homecare setting.

Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
