Position Overview: As a Caregiver at Effraim HomeCare, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential care and companionship to individuals who may be elderly, disabled, or in need of assistance with daily tasks. Your compassionate nature and dedication to improving the lives of others will be instrumental in ensuring our client's comfort and well-being.

Hours : All shifts available Days : Mon - Fri and every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules, if required.

Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Empathy and understanding of clients' needs and concerns.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must pass a background check and reference verification
