Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated On-Call Caregivers to join our team. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, and support to our clients on an as-needed basis. This role requires flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Schedule Open - Mon - Fri ( 8am-5pm ) and (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

Escorting clients to appointments and social outings. ( only when needed )

Adhering to care plans and ensuring clients' needs are met with compassion and respect.

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
