The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Compliance. • 5+ years of demonstrated Mortgage Compliance Experience is necessary to be successful in this position • In carrying out the responsibilities, a successful Compliance Manager must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in the organization as you will be counted on to communicate issues timely and effectively NOTE: THIS POSITION IS IN THE OFFICE FULL-TIME in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities: • Loan Disclosures : Manage a queue of Mortgage Loan Disclosures to review and issue in a timely manner while coordinating with the Loan Officer as needed • Loan Re-Disclosures: Manage the queue of re-disclosure needs from COC's while ensuring compliance and coordinating with Processing, Secondary, and the Loan Officer as needed • HMDA reporting: Have knowledge of HMDA regulations while preparing the quarterly and annual reports • Social Media Compliance: Responsible for the company and LO Social Media Compliance • Pre-Funding and Post-Closing audits: In this case, you manage a 3rd party relationship to ensure timely completion and responses • NMLS: Manage NMLS license and bond renewals for the company and Loan Officers • Policy and Procedures: Implement policy and procedure changes • Assist in researching compliance laws and regulations that affect the mortgage business • Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications: • 5+ years of Mortgage Compliance experience. Note: This is a must • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little day-to-day supervision • Knowledge of FHA. Conventional, and VA loan types • Ability to read and interpret rules published by the CFPB that affect RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA, and other mortgage regulations • Understanding of maintaining the confidentiality of non-public information Compensation: $75,000
