Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will actively manage website content both for the company and distributor partners while assisting in the execution of the company’s marketing efforts. They will coordinate, edit, publish, test and transfer data and content for the website using Microsoft based software, HTML, and NetSuite. They will apply their knowledge of art, design, and marketing skills to ensure the website offers the best user experience. They will also work with the entire marketing team to assist with promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials including spec sheets, installation sheets and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with entire marketing team and product managers as well as other key business stakeholders/departments to understand the product management cycle and ensure new products are published on the website timely
• Take ownership to efficiently produce email campaigns using HTML
• Upload, coordinate and manage content on company and distributor websites, including images and basic product content
• Perform analysis and updates of websites and ensure their general functioning
• Take ownership and leverage best practices in web usability to ensure an excellent user experience
• Assist with spec sheets, install sheets and packaging for product launches and manage all external and internal print material
• Prioritize, share and log files/versions effectively and document changes
• Coordinate the design, production, delivery and maintenance of displays with suppliers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of trade show planning and booth maintenance

Education and Experience:

• BA in Marketing and or Graphic Design preferred
• Associates of Arts Degree with focus on Marketing considered
• Significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or related disciplines highly preferred
• Web Design/Development
• SMM, SEO/SEM, email marketing
• Experience using NetSuite, Dream Weaver, HTML

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ambitious, motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on-time

• Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, content marketing and social media

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent writing skills with a focus on writing for web

• Ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite; as well as other design/video software

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds
