    Are you seeking a new opportunity as a RECRUITER?  Eichleay is seeking a dynamic RECRUITER to join our Talent Management team. This is a new position reporting into the Director of Talent Management that will be based in our CONCORD, CA location.  Your primary duties as a Recruiter will include full desk recruitment to support growth with our field services department.  In this role you will identify new field based opportunities, respond timely to client requests, serve as a liaison to field based personnel and identify internal/external talent for your positions.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires short lead times for the placement of staff on short and long term assignments across a multi-discipline environment.

    Do you have diversified knowledge and a successful track record with contract recruitment and staffing?  Do your thrive in a full desk recruitment environment which allows you to identify new opportunities?  Your ability to identify new opportunities with existing and new clients will be vital to your success in this role.  You must have a passion for finding the right people at the right time.  As a Recruiter at Eichleay you will collaborate with internal and external resources to identify and fill open job opportunities.  You will embrace and optimize all company talent management solutions including but not limited to our applicant tracking system and external online databases.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Set goals, identify and fill new job opportunities through existing field based personnel/clients and new clients.
    • Recruit candidates for company contract placement opportunities (short and long term) in a fast-paced environment.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate updates to positions and candidate statuses.
    • Maintain sales and external databases as required.
    • Maintain relationships with candidates and high responsive rate to managers/clients for new requisitions.
    • Maintain relationships with employees assigned to field based positions.
    • Act as consultative partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, recommended salaries, and establish timelines for hiring process.  
    • Ability to create job postings using company's job descriptions to attract talent.
    • Ability to create reports from company's ATS.
    • May lead networking efforts by attending and participating in university, association and professional industry events.
    • Assist with assignment letters, offer letters and internal hiring processes.  May also assist with invoicing.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor degree and four plus years of experience with contract recruitment/staffing; or equivalent years of related experience.  
    • Minimum two years of recruiting with related experience in all or some of the following industries  (Petrochemical, Power, Biotech, Food & Beverage, Mining or other heavy industrial area).
    • Experience with identifying new clients for contract or full time opportunities.
    • Excellent candidate sourcing techniques and computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
    • Experience with online applicant tracking systems and external online databases.  
    • Experience with contractual agreements used for hiring contract personnel. 
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated success across recruitment metrics (i.e. time to fill).
    • Knowledge of staffing practices and employment laws in the state of California.
    • Ability to be badged for a process safety management governed facility which requires in depth drug screening.

    PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Direct experience in a vendor management role.
    • Experienced with creating automated recruitment campaigns.
