    __Are you a BIOPHARMA RECRUITER with experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent for engineering and project management opportunities?  Do you have a history of success in process related industries in the biopharmaceutical, food and beverage or other markets?  We are seeking a dynamic BIOPHARMA RECRUITER to join our People team to provide corporate recruitment support for our organization.  As a member of our People Team you will report directly into our Team Manager responsible for talent management function of the People team.  This role can be based in our BILLINGS, MT location, in another company office location or remotely in the US supporting work based in the Mountain and Pacific time zones.  

    Your primary duties will include full desk recruitment activities to support growth at Eichleay.  This includes supporting recruitment activities for new roles as well as replacement positions due to promotions, transfers, attrition and succession planning.  In this role you will respond timely to requests for recruitment support, effectively source, network and manage applicants through the entire recruitment lifecycle.  You will serve as a point of contact for recruitment guidance for internal resources.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires short lead times for the placement of staff on short, long term and permanent assignments across a multi-discipline environment. 

    COMPENSATION: $45,000 - $75,000 anticipated annual salary

As a Recruiter at Eichleay you will collaborate with internal and external resources to identify and fill open job opportunities.  You will embrace and optimize all company talent management solutions including but not limited to our applicant tracking system and external online databases.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Set goals, identify and fill new job opportunities.
    • Recruit candidates for company in a fast-paced environment 
    • Manage a requisition load of +/- 30 active positions.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate updates to positions and candidate statuses.
    • Maintain external sourcing databases as required.
    • Maintain relationships with candidates and high responsive rate to managers/clients for new requisitions.
    • Act as consultative partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, recommended salaries, and establish timelines for hiring process.  
    • Ability to create job postings using company's job descriptions to attract talent.
    • Conduct candidate reference checks.
    • Identify candidates for future opportunities and establish ongoing relationship through passive sourcing.
    • Ability to create reports from company's ATS.
    • May lead networking efforts by attending and participating in university, association and professional industry events.
    • Assist with assignment letters, offer letters and internal hiring processes.
    • Participate/conduct internal training sessions.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor degree and three plus years of experience in recruitment; or equivalent years of related experience.  
    • Minimum two years of recruiting in Biopharma.
    • Experience in recruiting multi-discipline engineering, design and/or  project engineering/management roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to source and or maintain an active network or talent within the markets we support.
    • Excellent candidate sourcing techniques and computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills and interviewing techniques.
    • Experience with online applicant tracking systems and external online databases/job boards.  
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated success across recruitment metrics (i.e. time to fill).
    • Knowledge of staffing practices and employment laws.
    • Ability to be badged for a process safety management governed facility which requires in depth drug screening.

    PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Direct experience in recruiting Process Engineers, Project Engineers or Project Managers in the biopharmaceutical industry.
    • Experience using one or both of the following software: Entelo or Seekout.
    • Mining experience using Linked In.
    • Experienced with creating automated recruitment campaigns.
    • Knowledge of staffing practices and employment laws in Western US.
    • Experience with contractual agreements used for hiring contract personnel through agencies.
