    Application Process:

    Step 2) Those selected from Step 1 will be invited for a 15 minute introductory virtual meeting.

    Step 3) Those selected from Step 2 will be invited to a 45-60 minute virtual interview. A second interview may be required, which may be virtual or in person.

    As Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be joining our Austin-HQ team, to bring talented individuals to EightPM and ensure the values of our people-first culture are ingrained as we grow our fantastic team!

    Responsibilities:

    Full cycle recruiting––sourcing, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, etc.

    Coordinate new hire pre-onboarding & onboarding efficiently & quickly

    Collaborate with department leads for new employee training

    Accurate data entry & reporting by utilizing a number of HR systems

    Establish & maintain harmonious relationships with employees

    Actively be involved in overall team health & culture

    Organize company events & meetings

    Assist in compensation planning, policy development & compliance, & terminations

    Monitor & measure existing programs, proactively looking for improvement opportunities

    Support all departments with assigned tasks, as needed

    Assist C-level executives with assigned duties, as needed

    Other HR & administrative duties & tasks as assigned. We all wear many hats :)

    About You:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, managing employee relations & onboarding/offboarding

    Media, advertising, or marketing agency recruiting experience a plus

    Strong full cycle recruitment skill set

    Highly detail-oriented with above average organizational skills

    Above average time management & multitasking skills

    Problem-solver who is driven by challenge

    Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills

    Strong presentation skills––verbal, written, & visual

    Thrive in both team & independent working environments

    Tech savvy with personal or professional experience in the following platforms:

    SalesForce, HubSpot, or Monday.com

    DocuSign or HelloSign

    Slack

    Zoom or Google Meet

    WhatsApp or WeChat

    Canva or Photoshop

    Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

    Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, or Amazon Prime Video

    Spotify or Apple Music

    Eat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainment

    Genuine interest in people––their experiences, goals, stories, & motivations
