    EightPM operates offices in Austin, TX; Los Angeles, CA; London, UK; and is set to open a new location in Singapore this summer. As an Account Executive, you’ll be joining our Austin-HQ team, always acting in the best interest of EightPM and ensuring the values of our people-first culture so that we can continue to grow our fantastic team!

    What you’ll be doing:

    Be an expert in product placement & EightPM’s capabilities & services

    Identify and develop new business opportunities from inception to closure

    Craft strategic pitch decks & detailed proposals/contracts

    Conduct compelling & engaging new business presentations

    Negotiate terms & finalize agreements

    Respond to RFPs as needed

    Work closely with Account Managers to strategize on contract renewals & upsell opportunities, while also maintaining & strengthening client relationships through regular check-ins

    Maintain meticulous account notes & records in our CRM & other databases

    What we’d like to see:

    Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong emphasis on prospecting & client acquisition, preferably with an advertising/marketing/PR agency

    Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets, with a proven track record

    Highly detail-oriented with above average organizational skills

    Above average time management & multitasking skills

    Problem-solver who is driven by challenge

    A relentless work ethic, mental resilience, & focused determination

    Extraverted with outstanding verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills

    Ability to thrive in both collaborative team settings & independent work environments

    Tech savvy with personal or professional proficiency in:

    Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM

    DocuSign, HelloSign, or any e-signature platform

    Slack or any internal communication platform

    Zoom, Google Meet, or any video-communication platform

    Canva, Powerpoint, or any presentation platform

    Instagram, TikTok, or any social media platform

    A strong passion for TV, film, & brand awareness/in-entertainment marketing

    Benefits & Perks:

    Competitive Compensation –– Earn a $70K base salary & $120K+ OTE in Year One with uncapped commission, plus a minimum annual increase of $50K for meeting targets
