    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    85SIXTY is looking for a DCO Specialist to support the creative and media teams as we expand our dynamic creative and performance creative practice.  This role will be the go to for all clients DCO and feed related needs across media platforms. The role requires the support personnel to be the specialist on various DCO, Creative, and Feed based decisioning needs.  We primarily utilize Jivox for DCO but this role may also work with other dynamic platforms including dynamic capabilities native to Google, Bing, Meta and others.  You will also work closely with our strategy & creative teams to identify opportunities for personalized creative and dynamic optimization. 

    We are currently working remotely. This job can be located in either our San Diego or Denver office or remain remote.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead Dynamic Creative efforts for the agency including managing DCO tools (Jivox, Google Ad Studio, others).  
    • Assist Media Team, Creative Team and Account Team members in working with our DCO vendor on the development, execution, and maintenance of marketing campaigns and asset management.
    • Identify areas of improvement for effectiveness and optimization of the current campaign workflow and potential opportunities to enhance performance metrics.
    • Responsible for maintaining workflow diagrams, mapping documents, and contributing to decks across multiple stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in the DCO process.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including performance & brand marketing, audience development,and  creative operations teams to ensure deliverables are defined and met for campaign execution.
    • Regularly familiarizing yourself on mar-tech trends and capabilities to innovate and expand the agency’s DCO practice.
    • Act as the main point of contact for managing assets delivery required for advertising campaigns.
    • Assist with campaign setup and ad trafficking.
    • Assist with the setup and management of feed driven dynamic ads across display, social, native and other channels.
    • Lead the Dynamic Creative efforts and projects between the Media, Creative and Accounts teams.

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • 2-4 years of experience driving measurable business results through campaign execution - prior DCO or Ad Operations campaign execution and optimization experience is required. Experience with Jivox is a plus. 
    • Experience working with feed based digital advertising platforms and tactics.
    • Strong understanding of media performance fundamentals and experience using data and reporting in the interest of media & creative optimization.
    • Experience with creative design and creating HTML5 banners.
    • HTML5 programming experience in decision based systems is a plus
    • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams in a matrixed organization.
    • Understanding of digital channels and their role in advertising including programmatic, digital video, streaming audio, social, and display.
    • Understanding and working knowledge of Programmatic DSP’s like The Trade Desk, and Google Marketing Platforms is a must.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn new, emerging technologies
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, with the desire to learn

    SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000
