    Job Description

    This is an in-person, face to face position

    We are looking for a Customer Communications to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. This role is a really dynamic role where you will be responsible for spearheading the direct communications to our customer base. The customer communications and public relations specist is the go-to person for all new accounts, new employees, and new customers- so it is important that the Customer Communications Specialist is a strong and fluent communicator.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST:

    • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
    • Determine product demand and customer awareness
    • Speak face to face with customers
    • Help foster a positive relationship between clients and customers
    • Act as a liaison between clients and customers
    • Practice communication skills while speaking to customers daily
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
    • Review and optimize marketing budget
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
    • Read between the lines to meet the needs of customers
    • Handle objections and communicate on product knowledge

    QUALIFICATIONS OF CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST:

    • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
    • Proven success in communications and public relations
    • Experience in a managerial role
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Active listening skills
    • Great communication skills
