Duties:

• Plan, Organize and Coordinate Movement of Shipments
• Effectively Communicate Instructions/Information to Drivers, Agents and Employees
• Maintain Manifest History of Dispatched Orders
• Update Orders, Communicate and Diarized Pertinent Information
• Provide Support/Assistance to Agents, Drivers and Employees

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office, AtlasNet & AS400 experience an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Time Management skills necessary to complete workload
• Team Orientated

Required Experience

Preference will be given to those who have industry/HHG dispatch experience.
