HealthFitness has a great opportunity for a part-time (1-3 hrs/week) KICKBOXING INSTRUCTOR at our client site located in Irving, TX. In this position, you will be responsible for providing fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the kickboxing based programs. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Teach Kickboxing classes that are geared for all fitness levels.
• Provide safe instruction for class participants and exercise options for all fitness levels.  
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to set up.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate other.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Kickboxing certification through ACE, AFAA, NETA or other industry recognized certifying agency required.
• CPR/AED and first aid certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 60 days.
• 1+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.

Required Skills Required Experience

B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or a related field. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage projects. Experience with Microsoft Office. One to Three years of experience in procurement, sales or marketing. SAP SRM, Ariba Sourcing and CPSM experience preferred. Ideal candidate should have familiarity with IT procurement and contracting
