TITLE: LOAN OFFICER – REMOTE / FULL TIME
LOCATION: ANAHEIM, CA
END CLIENT: CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES
EKMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. IS A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BASED COMPANY FOCUSED ON THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SOLUTIONS, EXECUTIVE RECRUITING AND MANAGED SERVICES.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of mortgage lending experience preferred -
· NMLS LICENSE REQUIRED
· STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH FHA AND CONVENTIONAL LOANS highly preferred
· Experienced with purchase transaction preferred.
· Ability to follow loan protocols.
· Efficient with computers and loan operating systems.
· Mortgage industry experience preferred.
· Strong business knowledge and analytical problem solving skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume workload with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
· Execute strategic thinking and planning, requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience.
· Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels throughout the organization.
· Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Encompass, TPO portals, TPO Process flows, and Loan Operating Systems.
· Ability to effectively interact with senior management as an advisor on projects.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on long-term basis.
Ability to make information presentations, inside and/or outside the organization; speaking before groups.
