    Responsibilities:


    Create proposals and other sales administrative support for the Sales team.

    Coordinate meetings, phone calls, sales events and travel itineraries for the Sales team.

    Data entry of all sales related communication, events and contacts into internal sales database.

    Assist with sales presentations and materials.

    Engage in phone conversations and email with customers and potential customers about products and services.



    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree preferred, Fashion related a plus.

    Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a sales/administrative field.

    Knowledge of Apparel Fit is a plus.

    Excellent technical skills - MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Must be a team player.

    Meticulous organizational skills.

    Professional verbal and written communication skills a must.

    Ability to multitask efficiently.
