El Monte RV is seeking a full-time Dealer Coordinator to work at the corporate office located in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

PAY RATE: From $18.00 per hour Depending on Experience BENEFITS: Include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, paid Vacation, paid Sick, and 401K. Plus FREE Life Insurance and RV rental discounts!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be member of a specialized group responsible for providing ongoing support to our nationwide network of motorhome rental partners. The team's goal is to provide timely and responsive support to allow our partners to exceed their customers 'expectations. Common task within the role will involve, but not be limited to, scheduling preventative maintenance of motorhomes, analyzing requests for additional work from business partners, reconciling account billing, and providing insightful feedback on the effectiveness of the support being provided by the team, and its benefits to the business partners. Data gathering and entry, via phone and emails, is an important part of the role, as monthly audits and recaps are the cornerstone of the department's success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have good typing (25+wpm) and data entry skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and general office equipment.
• Customer Service background a plus.
• Automotive/Parts/Warranty backgrounds a plus.
• A well-organized team player
• Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work 8 hour shift within time frame of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
