    As the SALES MANAGER with LIBERTY PACKAGING FORT WORTH, you will continue to grow our market share as a leading packaging & displays solutions provider. As a chief brand ambassador and part of the leadership team, you will lead and execute the overall sales strategy to drive profitable growth strategies across various channels. You will lead an established and talented team of six sales representatives to successfully achieve sales and overarching business goals. 

    This full-time position reports directly to the GENERAL MANAGER and will be based out of our Fort Worth, Texas location

    Required Skills

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Mentor, lead and inspire our sales team to drive sales
    • Develop sales strategies to identify new qualified customers (industries such as: medical device, technology, food & beverage, pharmaceutical); targeting key decision makers and creating the right approach to reach them
    • Create and identify opportunities for value added solutions to new and existing customers by utilizing a proven consultative sales process
    • Motivate and foster a team selling environment that delivers superior value to our customers
    • Create annual sales objectives and develop strategy/target list ensuring you meet/exceed sales goals
    • Continue to cultivate long-term customer relationships as you strive to meet their ongoing packaging needs
    • Stay up to date factors influencing the market and our competition

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 7+ years sales experience; with a demonstrable track record of growing and closing sales
    • Previous packaging or adjacent industry experience strongly preferred
    • Significant consultative selling experience though value added solutions
    • A proven track record of sales leadership experience and the demonstrated ability of motivating a sales team to drive sales and meet or exceed organizational goals
    • Competitive drive to win, while ensuring customer’s needs are met with speed and accuracy
    • Strong communication skills, talking with Customers via phone, meeting in person and delivering presentations
    • Market and product knowledge in corrugated industry
    • Sales management
