As the CUSTOMER SERVICE, SR  with LIBERTY PACKAGING PHOENIX, you will reports directly to the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER  and is located at Liberty Packaging’s manufacturing plant in Phoenix, Arizona.

Required Skills

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Minimum 1 year experience in corrugated industry

• Understanding of customer inventory replenishment requirements
• Ability to read and understand product specifications
• Basic pricing knowledge
• Ability to process requests for estimates
• Basic customer documentation
• Good product knowledge
• Advanced customer service skills
• In-depth knowledge of business system
• Servicing of a variety of customer needs, including JIT and EDI

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in corrugated industry

• Comprehensive product knowledge of complex corrugated and buy-out products
• In-depth knowledge of company’s estimating philosophy and actions that impact pricing
• Prepares project quotes and bids
• Ability to identify root cause of pricing, product, and process errors
• Documents processes
• Coordinate new projects
• May be designated lead
