Responsibilities: Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates Manage logs for showings and all files for listings Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and any feedback that is received • Create schedules for estimates and work to be completed by our trusted vendors • Communicate effectively with agents, clients, and vendors to get homes listed efficiently • This role involves project management as we prepare homes for the market • Schedule inspections, professional photography, measurements, and other services needed for listing • Prepare listings on the MLS, including entering all data as well as uploading photos and documents • Schedule open houses at homes we currently have listed, making sure we have agents assigned to each one • Schedule the delivery of signs and lockboxes to new listing locations • Using your multi-tasking skills, you will work on multiple projects at once, constantly prioritizing tasks • You will work to keep everyone calm in potentially stressful situations • Enjoy working as a valued member of a team, here to support both our agents and clients Qualifications: Has strong rapport with those he/she interacts with Trustworthy, responsible, punctual Is an active and focused listener Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills • Previous customer service experience is required • Project management and/or experience managing vendors/contractors is a plus • Previous Realtracs/MLS experience is plus • Previous Real Estate experience is a huge plus • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Utilize company databases, spreadsheets, and programs with some training • Ability to stay cool and calm in stressful situations • You must be able to articulate yourself well via text, email, and on the phone Compensation: $30,000 per year
