    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    In the role of Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic client relationships and establishing client loyalty. This role should seek to constantly look for ways to build additional value to deliver to clients and enhance the overall client experience. In addition, the CRM identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for ELAP while improving the client's profit levels.

    DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the onboarding process of new plans (or groups) and provide necessary education of ELAP's (HCOS, Imagine, or other related entities) products and services.
    • Increase the perceived value of ELAP (or its related entities) products and services through on-going education.
    • Build successful renewal strategies/client care plans that reflect knowledge of the client business, healthcare plan trends, and performance reporting to identify opportunities and reinforces the value proposition for the client.
    • Attain client retention rates of at least 88%, or as defined by the annual objectives. Responsible for maintaining and managing a successful book of client business (averaging a minimum of 35-50 accounts)
    • Conduct client meetings to report activity, trends, overall service results, and recommend actions to improve performance and mitigate risks.
    • Communicate with and manage other key stakeholders effectively: i.e. brokers; TPA account managers, and sales representatives.
    • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure the highest level of service delivery and to address potential issues.
    • Responsible for terminated client reporting and servicing.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of insurance agency experience specializing in employee benefit and self-funded medical plans required.

      2. Ability to travel as needed up to 30%.
      3. Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the internet.
      4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      5. Strong presentation skills.
      6. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive work environment.
