Responsibilities: Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs Provide crisis intervention as needed • Participate in regular individual and group clinical supervision • Add to an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. • Provide individual therapy for a weekly caseload of no less than 10 clients • Document client charts according to policies and procedures. • Report and work with team lead and clinical director • Work with clients' family systems or coordinate care with external providers • Utilize your creative side and work with our marketing team • Create strong discharge planning to help maintain long-term recovery • Assure all legal and regulatory clinical documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist Compensation: $30 - $36 hourly
