The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchasing products for the company. Duties include the need to understand company needs based on stock, inventory, purchasing projections as well as the understanding of general sales and market trends according to the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery.
• Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Evaluates offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Maintains updated records of invoices and contracts.
• Follows up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and vendor to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience with an ERP system a must (Navision, SAP, Sage, NetSuite), knowledge of Microsoft Navision a plus.
• Fundamentals of Microsoft Excel are a must.
• Good business communication etiquette, both verbal and written, is a must.
