Principal Electrical Engineer - Signal Integrity/Mentor Graphics - REF1705S
Job Description
Elbit is currently seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to join our team and serve as a specialist and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of signal integrity, power analysis, and electromagnetic simulation of high-speed digital and analog board designs . The person in this position will be responsible for supporting EE teams across all ESA sites, providing technical input and consulting services in all phases of the design process.

Qualifications
_ Required Requirements:_
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required and at least 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred and at least 7 years relevant experience in the industry (defense/government contractor experience preferred but not required). Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Extensive experience with one or more SI/PI PCB analysis tools such as:
Preferred:
ESA primarily uses Mentor Graphics Expedition and ANSYS HFSS. Current proficiency with Mentor Graphics schematic capture and SI tools, ANSYS HFSS EM simulation and SIwave is preferred.
The successful candidate will have the ability to function and effectively communicate in a dynamic integrated product team environment, supporting a variety of different programs. The candidate should be experienced in current electronic manufacturing processes and methods, and compact/high density electronic and component packaging techniques and methods.
Additional Information
Location
As this position will support multiple ESA sites, it will be open to a hybrid work situation; however, the candidate for the position needs to be located near any of the following ESA sites to work onsite. This position will travel to the additional ESA sites as needed.
Primary (preferred) locations: Fort Worth, TX or Merrimack, NH
Secondary locations: Orlando, FL; Cambridge, MA Talladega, AL; Marana, AZ; Roanoke, VA, Layton, UT.
