    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

    • Support coordination of program activities across sites and business units.
    • Assist multiple small and large proposal efforts and ensure the development of complete and compliant proposals.
    • Work with different stakeholders to coordinate development of proposals and meet the expectation for schedule and deliveries.
    • Influence the development of contract negotiation strategies with customers, suppliers, and affiliates to achieve corporate financial objectives.
    • Work within established operating rhythms with international customers to provide sufficient details of program performance, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for improvement.
    • Ability to actively communicate and provide program readiness status/updates to international customers in person and via written correspondence.
    • Assist in managing, tracking, and analyzing the program's Key Performance Indicators (KPI), applicable for CLS programs.
    • Assist in managing cross functional interfaces with suppliers and business partners related to contractual and operational program aspects.
    • Assist in preparing forecasts of follow-on new business, sales, and gross profit for annual operating plans and mid-year updates.
    • Interface with customers to provide status and support program related requests while ensuring a customer service-oriented attitude within business relationships.
    • Facilitate communication and flow down of contractual requirements to functional groups, affiliates, and suppliers.
    • Actively follow-up on actions/tasks assigned to peers, subordinates, affiliates, and suppliers.
    • Apply best practices in assisting management in ensuring programs: (1) are completed on time within budget and scope, (2) produce a quality product, and (3) result in customer satisfaction.
    • Assisting in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and subcontractors.
    • Understand and adhere to applicable ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, EMD, Safety, Security, and compliance with FMF guidelines and regulation compliance requirements.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION (HIGHEST LEVEL REQUIRED/PREFERRED):

    Bachelor's degree is preferred. 

    TRAINING PRE-REQUISITES (WITHIN ONE YEAR OF TAKING POSITION):

    ESD, Safety Training

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Functional (Using Skill Set): 3-5 years

    Management: 3-5 years

    Industry: 3-5 years

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED (Unique and Measurable):

    • Strong understanding of supply chain functions to include product repair life cycles and major activities involved in managing aircraft component repairs. 
    • Familiarity with program management technical aspects of assigned program is a must.
    • Capability of bridging cultural differences is necessary.
    • Demonstrated customer-oriented attitude with commitment to going above and beyond in meeting customer requirements.
    • Understanding of Foreign Military Financing programs and their contractual channels in reference to Israeli Ministry of Defense, ESL, and export compliance requirements is necessary. 
    • Strong written and verbal skills are necessary. 
    • Preparing concise briefings and presenting to diverse audiences. 
    • Ability to work as a team operating in an IPT environment is necessary. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding customers and foreign personnel on a daily basis.
    • Familiarity with computerized management systems such as ERP and PLM is necessary.
