AUTO DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a new team member to join our sales support team as a Customer Care Coordinator. This involves learning and becoming an expert on the features and operation of our new Mitsubishi vehicles.

The position will begin with delivering and explaining the operation of their new vehicle to the newest member to the Mitsubishi family. The position will also entail follow-up after the sale in the coming days and weeks to make sure we address any questions or concerns about their new vehicle. This position will also be responsible for following a system to make sure we generate positive online reviews and satisfactory manufacturer surveys.

We offer full training for this position, both online and in person. We also have paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, group health insurance plans, and a great working environment. We are looking for people who are familiar with vehicles and technology. Also, some customer-facing experience is required, but experience in a similar position is not required. We will teach you what you need to know!

Job Type: Full-time, Hours are 11A-8P 5 days per week.

Compensation: $3,000 to $4,000 per month base salary plus bonuses based on customer satisfaction indexes and reviews.
