    Position Overview

    Residential Mental Health Technicians (QMHAs) provide hope and opportunity for our clients in residential treatment to make progress toward recovery. QMHAs in the residential setting provide individual and group clinical services, including skills training, case management, community supportive treatment and activity therapy. Our treatment team includes clinical supervision to further develop your personal fulfillment in a career working with individuals in need, as well as to provide opportunity to develop a treatment curriculum that engages with the unique needs of our clients.

    Our Restoration Treatment programs provide mental health services for adults with psychiatric needs. We offer a continuum of care to guide our clients along their journey to psychiatric recovery and stability by providing a variety of therapeutic treatments aimed to meet their individual goals. We strive to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.

    Qualifications

    Residential Mental Health Technician (QMHA) certification through MHACBO (3 years of relevant experience in the field, or a Bachelor's degree in the field) (Required)

    Experience working in a residential or outpatient setting providing skills training, case management, community supportive treatment, supported employment or activity therapy. (Preferred)

    A valid driver's license (Required)

    Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)

    Ability to commute/relocate to Beaverton, OR

    Benefits and Compensation

    $22.00/Hour + $2.00 differential for grave and weekends

    $500 retention bonus after three months of employment
